Merry Christmas & a Happy Holiday Season to All!
For those of you who are not here as year-round residents, Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club has a special magic during the off season that you might not have had the opportunity to appreciate. The elks bugling, the occasional snow on the ground, a fire in the fireplace, the “winter roll” of your golf ball!
PROJECTS, OUTREACH & ACTIVITIES – We hope you have had a chance to get involved with some of ALPOA’s many activities: “Love Is In The Air” Valentine’s show, “Lights Out In Lonesome Gulch” Murder Mystery, “Burger, Brats and Bingo” scholarship fundraisers, the Fourth of July Parade & Celebration, as well as our neighborhood clean-ups just to name a few. We are making contributions to local charities as part of our outreach, as well.
GRASSROOTS MEMBERSHIP DRIVE CONTINUED - We would like to increase the awareness of and membership in ALPOA. Would you ask your neighbors if they are members of ALPOA, please? We are a "grassroots" effort, and your efforts matter!
The membership of $25/year/property will be included on your December statement, and membership can be initiated simply by calling the office at 575-336-4231. If you are unsure of your membership status, feel free to contact an ALPOA board member, or check our current membership list, which can be found here: https://alpoa.info/membership-join-us
If you would like to make an additional donation, you can mail a check to: ALPOA, PO Box 499, Alto, NM 88312.
NEW BOARD MEMBERS – I would like to take this opportunity to welcome the new members to our board. Joining us will be Glen Parry & Gina Massey, Mary Jane Shaver, and Susanne Mathis. We look forward to their contributions!
