Notice is hereby given that the Alto Lakes Special Zoning District Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 20th, 2024 , during its Regular Meeting which begins at 9:00 am in the Alto Lakes Golf and Country Club clubhouse to hear public testimony and vote on the application of SEAN AND HEATHER SIMPSON for the granting of a Variance applicable to the property located at DEER PARK WOODS 2'TR32B 204 Quail Run and MICHAEL AND JUDY BALMER for the granting of a Variance applicable to the property located at SIERRA BLANCA 2'3'1
