Summer may be winding down, but September is serving up plenty of reasons to come out and celebrate with friends! First up, mark your calendars for Thursday, September 4 - we’re turning back the clock with our Forever Young Dance Party (pg. 12)! Enjoy a delicious stir-fry buffet, then hit the dance floor as the DJ keeps the energy high with all your favorite tunes. It’s the perfect mid-week pick me up—great food, great music, and great company!

August 2025

July was jam-packed with club events, golf tournaments, community fundraisers, and good times all around! Cool summer temperatures have made for great golfing and patio dining, and we are not ready to stop yet - let the good times roll! Chef Damian and his team have freshened up our dinner menu with exciting additions, including a chicken liver appetizer and a new sushi roll, with a surf and turf spin!

How can it already be July?! Our summer is off to a fantastic start.  With our Annual Summer Member Party in the books and our tournament season well underway, we look forward to the encore of our 2025 summer season.
 
July brings us our coveted Independence Day event, ALPOA’s Golf Cart Parade and Rally ‘Round the Flag. This event seems to grow every year. Our staff will be hard at work making this event fun for all.  With 800+ family and friends coming to fill the pavilion and patio and share a meal, we ask for kindness and patience to be shown to all. Happy Hour will be at 4pm, and the Alto Dining Room will open at 5pm for dinner service, although with a limited menu.  Bobby Luster will be performing LIVE on the Alto Patio from 4-7pm for your enjoyment.

The summer months bring a host of activities around the clubhouse! Whether you are a golfer, a concert go-er, or a food and wine connoisseur, we have something or you! As you read through the Avalanche, you will find the full lineup, menus, prices, and dates for all of these great activities. In case you have not heard, Seafood Night is back! On June 6, we will be presenting a full spread of Sushi, Salmon Piccata, Ginger Ponzu Corvina, and more! Please keep in mind that the Alto Dinner menu is not available on Seafood Nights.
