Alto: Join us in congratulating Jeremy Mortiz on his promotion to Alto Dining Room Manager! He has been a part of our Food and Beverage Team for over two years as a server at both Alto and Kokopelli. Jeremy brings years of experience and a great understanding of high-quality service to the management team.
The Alto Food Truck is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays, serving cold beer and hot food! Save the Food Truck phone number in your phone so you can call in your order during your next round: 575-336-3146. Chili recommends calling while you are teeing off at #8 or #9 to give him just enough time to get your order ready for a quick pick-up.
April is shaping up to be another busy month at the Alto Clubhouse! This month’s Karaoke Nights are April 9 and 23. The final Dance the Night Away until the fall is happening on April 4 in the Pavilion, featuring our own Bobby Luster along with Tommy Scales. The very next night, April 5, is the Final 4 games of the NCAA championships, which will all be screened in the 7500 Lounge. Sunday, April 6. is Soup and Pie Night and to round out the weekend, the 7500 Lounge will be open on Monday night from 5pm-9pm for the NCAA Championship game! The winner of our bracket competition will be announced at this time, but don’t worry! You need not be present to win. April 20 is Easter Sunday—reservations are open and filling quickly, don’t wait to reserve your table! On Easter, we will have our traditional Sunday brunch available from 8am-10am and the 7500 Lounge will be open from 11am-5pm.
On May 1, the Alto Clubhouse will return to our summer hours and things will really start to get busy! On the calendar we have:
Mother’s Day Brunch on May 11 and the 7 Bridges Concert on May 24! Both events are open for -reservations, so call the host desk at 575-336-3130, or use the Alto mobile app to secure your seat!
Kokopelli: Kokopelli’s opening is just around the corner! Craig Maldonado has officially been named Kokopelli’s Outlet Manager (not to worry, he is going to continue as Outlaw Outlet Manager, too). Chef de PartiĆ© Thagen Sigamoney has been hard at work, testing recipes and putting the finishing touches on the offerings that will be available this summer. You can expect to see favorites from last summer such as the Blooming Quesadilla and Texas Redfish, as well as new flavorful additions including a Chimichurri Hanger Steak and Thagen’s house-made cookies that will melt in your mouth! Check out the House Committee’s article to see some sneak peeks of what is to come!
