Hello, I am Chef Damian Alvarado. I would like to share with our member community one of the techniques that we practice in our kitchen, which is called Induction cooking. We use this technique to give exquisite flavor to our lobster, shrimp, and scallop dishes, just to name a few.
THE BENEFITS OF INDUCTION COOKING
Induction cooking has the power to revolutionize your cooking experience. The process uses magnetic currents to directly heat your pots and pans, instead of the cooktop. Cooking with induction make mealtime easier with quicker heat, precise control, and easy cleanup.
CITRUS COMPOUND BUTTER
Butter, despite the bad press and ill will it gets from some, is a particularly good ingredient to cook with. In addition to great flavor, butter adds fat, which can enhance the texture of food and the way it feels in the mouth. Try combining a couple tablespoons of butter with the zest from a lemon, lime, or orange. The zest brings some very floral notes to your nose as it melts into the food, and a very mild citrus flavor to the palate.
CITRUS FRESH DILL COMPOUND BUTTER
Our lemon dill compound butter is a combination of butter mixed with fresh, chopped dill, plus fresh lemon zest and lemon juice. These mouthwatering flavors are served over our exquisite seafood and vegetable menu selections.
