Alesandra Bravo Casapia began her career in her native country of Peru, working in ice cream production, distribution, and customer service.
This experience led to her participation in the SIGEP 2024 World Gelato Exhibition in Rimini, Italy. In addition to her love for ice cream, Alesandra also spent 5 years as owner and operator of Casapia, her own bakery, with a focus of creating keto-focused pastries, as well as innovative products to meet the growing demand for low carb and sugar- free products.
