The finish of your golf swing: how important is it?
There should be a finish to every golf swing you make, from Putting to hitting a Driver.
If you stop your finish, you take away club head speed. In order to stop your finish, you are slowing down in order to stop it. Let the club go all the way behind your head. If your flexibility will not let you go that far, then at least finish it with a cock of your wrist instead of an abrupt halt! If you stop a chip, most likely you are going to blade it or hit it fat. If you stop a putting stroke, it creates a "pop" and it goes too far, or you leave it short and it will not be on line.
So pay attention to the "FINISH." It will make a big difference.
