Concert Policies

Reservations:

  • Will be made through the reservation desk at Alto Clubhouse by calling 575-336-3130.
  • All Reservations MUST have a member name attached for each attendee.
  • Concerts will be charged on the first day of the month in which the concert is scheduled, unless the concert dates are within the first week of the month; they will then be charged in the prior month.
  • To receive a refund, members must call to cancel no later than seven (7) days prior to the concert.
     

Food Service:

  • Food Service will be buffet-style; there will be NO รก la carte service in the Pavilion.
  • Buffets will begin at 5:00pm and all food will be cleared at 7:15pm in order to prepare the Pavilion for the concert. ABSOLUTELY no food service after 7:15pm.
  • Food Service is a separate charge from the concert.
  • Tax and service charge will be added to your final concert and dining bill.
