"Bonjour, Y'all," proclaimed Paul's t-shirt, setting the theme for ALTA's annual French Open Soirée last month.  In keeping with the French Open theme, corks popped and ALTA members munched and brunched on mini-quiches, chocolate croissants, madeleines, lemon tarts, and other exquisite pastries, artfully arranged by ALTA member Kandy Adams.
