Winter time is a great time to work on your golf game. Perfect time to start an Exercise and Stretching program that will carry through to the golf season.
If you're having a problem hitting the sweet spot labeled as Miracle on the diagram, then try hitting at 25% until you can consistently hit the Miracle spot. Once you are able to do that move up to 50% until it is consistent and then 75% until it is consistent and finally you can swing at 100% and consistently hit the Miracle sweet spot on your golf club.
Never try to fix a problem in your swing while swinging 100%. Make sure you can fix the problem on a smaller scale until using your maximum effort and it is a much faster way to find a solid swing.
