Hopefully, you have been practicing all winter and preparing for the upcoming season. But if not, no worries! We still have a lot of time during spring to get prepared.
Remember that golf is a sport and should be treated like one. In order to play your best, you need to be physically fit to get the most out of your golf game. We all have different athletic abilities. Stretching will help every level of athlete and is extremely underrated among amateur golfers.
Don't judge your game by the way someone else plays. Try to get a little better every time you practice or play.
