From Newly Announced Kokopelli Outlet Manager Craig Maldonado

I hope you are as excited about Kokopelli this season as I am. Together with Chef Thagen, the House Committee and Katrina. I feel we have a great menu for the membership. There is a little something for everyone. And using a phrase borrowed from Tom a little “lagniappe” – a little something for the members. 
 
The inside of the Clubhouse is looking awesome with some hard work from the House Committee, while Thagen and I start putting the kitchen and bar together. The kitchen staff is pretty well set, we are still looking for hosts, servers and bartenders for the season. If you know someone have them apply and inquire about work at Kokopelli.
